A note from Dr. Pedulla:

As an interventional cardiologist and endovascular specialist for about 20 years, my deepest professional desire has been to bring my patients the very best endovascular cutting edge, minimally invasive blood vessel procedures available anywhere.

From the beginning of my practice, that has been my pursuit. In fact, from the beginning of my career, I have been fiercely dedicated to finding and providing minimally invasive solutions to my patients’ most complex and severe blood vessel problems, without having to resort to major cardiac or vascular surgery.

This drive has in fact in many ways defined my professional personality. I have studied with the very best physicians in the US and abroad to learn the most innovative techniques. Consequently, I have helped patients from Mexico, northern Canada and distant parts of the United States and have helped many patients avoid risky and traumatic heart and blood vessel surgery using the most advanced technology.

Likewise, it has been an honor to teach other physicians new laser techniques in the treatment of varicose veins.
